Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. Full payment is required at checkout via the payment methods listed on our site.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. NUVE is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided.

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the conditions described in our Returns policy — generally within 7 days of delivery, on unworn items with original tags. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at your choice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed as a result of a pricing error.

All content on nuve.in — including product photography, logos, and written copy — is the property of NUVE and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written consent.

When using our site, you agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
